From a Small Polish Village to Costa Blanca: My Journey into Real Estate Built on Trust
Hi, I’m Martyna. And there is one thing I will never do as a real estate advisor.
I will never reduce your dream of owning a home to another Excel line that needs to be “closed”.
Before we get into why, let me take you back to where everything truly began.
To Panków — a tiny village in Lower Silesia, Poland. Yes, the one almost nobody has ever heard of.
That’s where the journey started. A journey that brought me to where I am today — writing this text from beautiful Altea on the Costa Blanca, where I run MK Premium Properties, assisting clients with investments in Spain and Dubai. But this wasn’t a quick or easy road. It was a path shaped over 20 years of learning, moving, observing, and working hard.
From Panków I moved to big cities, and later to sunny Tenerife. That’s where I first realized how much can happen when courage meets consistency.
The following years were filled with learning languages, understanding people, negotiating, and building long-lasting relationships. A decade of experiences that shaped me as a person and as a professional.
Why am I sharing this today?
Because this story is the foundation of MK Premium Properties. Working in the premium real estate market, I’ve seen plenty of “big world vibes”: expensive suits, polished smiles, endless spreadsheets and KPIs.
But far too often, there was something missing — a human being. Empathy.
That’s why in my agency I combine global reach with a trust-driven approach.
Spain taught me the joy of living.
It showed me that a home abroad can be much more than an investment — it can be a place where you truly breathe, rest and flourish. I want my clients to feel the same when choosing their property in Spain.
Dubai taught me precision, vision and future-focused thinking.
It’s a market where capital works fast and efficiently, supported by stability and world-class infrastructure. Perfect for those who want their investment portfolio to grow dynamically.
Between these two worlds, I found harmony.
And harmony is close to my heart because dancing — salsa and bachata — has been my passion for years. Dance taught me that, just like in business, it’s not about dominating. It’s about trust, balance and listening to your partner.
That’s why I don’t want to be “just” an agent.
I want to be your guide, someone who understands that buying a home abroad is deeply emotional — whether you come from Warsaw, New York or… Panków.
This is the beginning of a new chapter.
For me, for MK Premium Properties, and maybe — for you too.
And you? Where did your professional journey start?
Is anyone here from Lower Silesia?
And if you could choose a new landscape — would it be the calm of Spanish Altea or the energy of Dubai?
